Ginger Lemon Juice




Ginger Lemon Juice is very good for digestion. I use to give this to my 4yrs old daughter every weekend, and she loves it.






Ingredients:

Lemon 1
Ginger - thumb size
Water
Sugar

Method:

1. Squeeze lemon and take the juice, add water and sugar to it, mix it well keep it aside.

2. Cut the ginger into small pieces, grind it nicely, add 3 tbsp of water to it mix well, filter it and keep aside for 5 mins.

3. After 5 mins take the ginger juice and add slowly into lemon juice. Please leave the white sediment of the ginger. You can throw the white sediment.

4. Now mix well both the juices & serve.
