Agar agar ( China grass) Sweet

I didnt know anything about China grass until i decided to make this sweet. Its very easy sweet and hardly takes 20 mins to make that's it :-) .

Ingredients:

Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/4 cup
China grass
Vanilla extract
Food color ( I had orange color only)

Making Procedure:

1. Boil milk in a big bowl. Take little hot milk in a cup and add food color, China grass and mix nicely.

2. Then add the China grass, color mixed milk to the milk in the big bowl and Stir continusely.

3. Add sugar, vanilla extract to the milk & keep stirring.

4. Once all China grass gets dissolved in the milk, pour the mixture in a bowl & keep it in the fridge.

5. After half an hour, piece & serve it.
