Make these "Baby Pizzas" for your valentine for the special day. Its super simple & cute :-)
Ingredients:
Ready made pizza base - 2
Tomato sauce
Cheese (grated)
Pizza herbs - 1 tbsp
Carrot , capsicum, tomato, cooked peas for garnishing
Making Method:
1. Using the round cookie cutter & cut as many circle as possible in the pizza base.
2. Apply tomato sauce on the baby pizza base and then spread it nicely.
3. Then sprinkle the grated cheese & pizza herbs over the tomato sauce & Garnish with the vegetables.
4. Apply 1/2 tbsp of oil on the dosa tawa so that the pizza bottom will not burn. Then place the pizzas on the tawa.
5. Cover the pizzas with the lid and reduce the flame to sim.
6. Allow it to cook for 5 mins.
7. Now Baby pizza for your valentine is ready.
